Through firsthand experience and early challenges, he refined his approach and officially established Coleman Event Staffing LLC—a company built on a strong foundation with a clear vision for long-term success.

With over a decade in the stagehand and event labor industry, Marvin has encountered nearly every challenge the field presents, equipping him with the expertise and problem-solving skills that set him apart. His extensive experience, combined with a solution-driven mindset, allows him and his company to consistently outperform the competition. Additionally, his years in the industry have connected him to a vast network of trusted colleagues and business partners, fostering collaborations that strengthen the company’s reach and reliability.

Now, with Coleman Event Staffing LLC fully launched and a leadership team that shares his vision and dedication, Marvin is able to focus on what he does best—driving growth, leading by example, and motivating those around him.

Despite his demanding schedule, he remains hands-on in every aspect of the business. He personally ensures seamless client experiences by being on-site for first-time engagements and is always available to address client needs. Yet, he still finds time to prioritize what matters most—his growing family and the relationships that fuel his success.
